In 1999, Earth X gave readers a glimpse into an alternate future, where everyone on the planet has superpowers. In 2020, original writers Alex Ross and Jim Kreuger looks to return to this universe in Marvels X. In tandem with the series, a host of Marvel's flagship series will receive variant covers showing strange alternate version of the heroes, created by some of Marvel's leading artists.
